GreatSoft supports 3 Levels of Document Management (DM), from the most simple level to the advanced use of Microsoft Sharepoint. All 3 versions are accessible from anywhere on any device.
The first level of DM is to allow your firm to store and share secure documents with your clients and prospects. The product used to deliver this service is GreatSoft CRM and Nimbus Secure Document Exchange portal.
Level 2 is a combination of level one but adding in the actual document storage in the open source version of Microsoft Sharepoint. This is suitable for most smaller firms and provides good security and easy access to all client data for your entire team.
Level 3 DMS is aimed at delivering both Level 1 and 2 features plus a powerful full featured DM system, accessible either from the firms Onsite network servers or available in the cloud. This product should satisfy 90% of most firms Document storage, Archiving and sharing needs.
