GreatSoft requires a Software Support Consultant to join our dynamic Support Team. The ideal person for this role will be someone who requires limited supervision, with 1-2 years’ relevant experience. The person needs to have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Functioning as first point of contact for customer call logging.
- Logging and updating of all calls.
- Responding to customer queries via email or telephone.
- Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.
- Ultimately the Support Consultant provides user support and customer service on company applications and platforms.
- Relevant Diploma/qualification with good Microsoft skills.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and Accounting systems will be an advantage.
- A professional approach with good communication skills to support and resolve client requests and queries
- People skills and building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
