Job description

GreatSoft requires a Software Support Consultant to join our dynamic Support Team. The ideal person for this role will be someone who requires limited supervision, with 1-2 years’ relevant experience. The person needs to have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Functioning as first point of contact for customer call logging.
  • Logging and updating of all calls.
  • Responding to customer queries via email or telephone.
  • Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.
  • Ultimately the Support Consultant provides user support and customer service on company applications and platforms.

Skills

  • Relevant Diploma/qualification with good Microsoft skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and Accounting systems will be an advantage.
  • A professional approach with good communication skills to support and resolve client requests and queries
  • People skills and building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Time management skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Creative and innovative.
  • Strong team player.
  • Well organised.
  • Well-presented and professional.
  • Ability to work on your own with little or no supervision.
  • Salary – Market Related
