Issue:
[23 June 2026] A SARS-related issue is affect certain submissions (such as ITR14s) and requests (such as IT34s). Error displayed:
“An error has occurred. Please contact ISV administrator.”

– All IT34 requests

Status
[6 July 2026] The IT34 request issue is still ongoing. SARS stated that the request PDF functionality is not working and they are actively working on fixing this.
[29 June 2026] SARS fixed the submissions, however, the IT34 requests are still not working.
[23 June 2026]Â The matter has been escalated to SARS. Further updates will be provided once a resolution timeline has been confirmed.
Fix Timeline
[6 July 2026] SARS has advised that they are working towards resolving the issue this coming weekend. However, with the start of Filing Season approaching, there is a possibility that the fix may need to be postponed until the weekend of 18 July 2026.
[29 June 2026] SARS fixed the submissions. We are still waiting for them to confirm the fix date for the IT34 request issue.

Workarounds
{6 July 2026] At this stage, there is still no workaround available for the IT34 request issue.
[29 June 2026] No workaround is need for ITR14’s as the submissions are working again, however currently for the IT34 requests, there still is no workaround.
[23 June 2026]Â No workaround is currently available for IT34 requests. However, if urgent, ITR14 submissions can be completed via eFiling as a temporary workaround.
