The Compensation Fund Commissioner has published a notice relating to employees contracting the COVID-19 disease out of and in the course of his/her employment.
The notice deals with COVID-19 contracted from single or multiple exposures to confirmed cases in the workplace or after an official trip to high-risk countries or areas.
The notice address the following:
- Occupations at Risk
- Impairment
- Benefits
- Reporting; and
- Claims processing
