Status
[12 May 2025] The fix for this issue has been released.
[7 May 2025] Interfront has confirmed that they identified the issue and have implemented a fix.
[6 May 2025] We have escalated this issue to Interfront (the third party responsible for the link between GS and eFiling) for further investigation.
Fix Timeline
[12 May 2025] The fix was released on Friday, 9 May 2025.
[7 May 2025] The fix is scheduled for release on Friday, but Interfront is trying to push it out sooner—pending SARS approval.
[6 May 2025] There is no confirmed date yet, but we will keep you posted.
Workarounds
[12 May 2025] Submissions can now be processed through GS again. Workarounds are no longer necessary.
[6 May 2025] Any urgent submissions will have to be done via eFiling.
