SARS Bug: ITR14 Request Status

Issue Details:

After submitting an ITR14 return, the next step is to request the status. However, when requesting the status, this error message appears: ‘An Error has occurred. Please contact the ISV administrator.’ Unfortunately, this issue prevents Supporting Documents from being uploaded and submitted, which means the return will not be fully submitted.

[28 June 2024] SARS implemented a fix on the evening of 27 June 2024.
[27 June 2024] The issue has been escalated to SARS, and we are currently awaiting feedback from them.

[27 June 2024] The current ETA for the fix is next week, but no date has been provided yet.

Workaround(s)

[28 June 2024] Submission can continue as usual.
[27 June 2024] None. If submissions are urgent, they must be filed directly on eFiling.
